Preorders: All preorder items require 6-8 weeks for production and shipping. These timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances. By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and accept this timeframe. Preorders are non-refundable once production begins.

Premade Items: Premade items require 2-4 weeks for shipping and handling. Processing times may vary based on order volume and carrier conditions.

Shipping Delays: Groupies Industries is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or factors beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping provider directly.

Chargeback and Dispute Policy:
- By completing your purchase, you agree not to file a chargeback due to shipping times, as all shipping timelines are clearly stated before checkout.
- If a chargeback is filed, we will provide proof of the agreed-upon shipping policy, tracking details, and customer acknowledgment.
- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in the customer being permanently banned from future purchases with Groupies Industries.
